Do I need a card?
Yes. Stripe securely collects your payment details before your trial begins. Cheqzen does not store your card number.
Will I be charged today?
There is no subscription charge during the seven-day trial. Your bank may show a temporary card verification. The exact first subscription amount and date are shown before you confirm checkout.
What happens after seven days?
Your trial automatically continues as Micro Business at $149 per month unless you cancel before it ends. Your Owner-Admin can choose a different paid plan or annual billing during the trial; the exact charge is shown before saving.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Your Owner-Admin can cancel in protected Plan and billing before the displayed trial expiry. You can use the trial until that time, with no subscription charge.
Which plan am I trying?
Micro Business: up to 10 workers, 5 administrators and 3 scheduled check-ins per worker each day. Standard safety messages have a 150-character limit. Workers reply by SMS, with no worker app needed.
Can I choose a larger plan or add-ons?
You can choose a larger monthly or annual plan for after the trial. Trial limits stay the same until payment succeeds. Extended Safety Messages, administrator packs and dedicated SMS numbers are available after paid activation, not during the trial.
What if my first payment fails?
New check-ins pause immediately, but safety checks already underway continue through their existing follow-up process. Your Owner-Admin can update payment details. History, billing and support remain available.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Cancellation does not automatically delete your organisation or its safety history. Records are handled under our Privacy Policy and retention requirements. You can request help with access or deletion separately.
Can I return later?
Yes. Sign in to the same company, choose an available paid plan and reactivate after successful payment. Your existing team and history remain. Check-ins missed while inactive are not replayed. One free trial is available per eligible business.
