Check-ins and workers

Do workers need an app?

No. Workers receive a scheduled SMS and reply OK to confirm they are safe.

Can check-ins run on weekends?

Yes. Scheduling supports any day of the week, with up to three check-ins per worker each day.

What happens when a worker does not reply?

Cheqzen can send up to two automated reminders before escalating through the configured supervisor and company administrator path.

Do inactive workers count toward the plan?

Yes. Every worker record uses a seat until a customer administrator removes it.

Plans and billing

How many administrators are included?

Every plan includes five administrator seats. Stackable Administrator Packs add five seats each.

What do I save by paying annually?

Base plans are priced with a 10% annual saving compared with twelve monthly payments. Some add-ons use different annual pricing, and the Dedicated SMS Number is not discounted.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

The customer is notified and receives a short grace period to fix payment before access is suspended.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are not refunded for a change of mind, except where a refund is required by Australian law.

Messaging, privacy and responsibility

How does a dedicated number work?

After purchase, Cheqzen provisions and assigns an Australian reply-capable SMS number. This normally takes one to two business days.

What happens if a worker replies STOP?

Cheqzen suppresses further safety messages to that destination. Restoration is controlled and must not be used to bypass a worker's opt-out choice.

Is Cheqzen an emergency monitoring service?

No. Cheqzen supports your organisation's safety routine and escalation process. It does not replace emergency services or your legal and operational responsibilities.

What information is recorded?

Cheqzen records the account, worker, supervisor, scheduling, message, check-in, alert and audit information needed to operate and secure the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained and protected.
